The Franklin Street Immersion continues....

Oh if you missed all the fun last weekend on Franklin Street - for shame!  The Brooklyn Beer was flowing and the shoppers were out in full force.  Thank you to Brooklyn Based and all the wonderful Franklin Street businesses....I hear from the local businesses TFSI was a tremendous success!

I actually got a few great things from WORD Book Store, Le Gamin, Pip-Squeak Chapeau, Alter and Dalaga + my goody bag from Brooklyn Brewery and Brooklyn Based. Along with much fun swag from Dalaga, Kill Devil Hill, Cato Army Navy (on Manhattan Ave), In God We Trust and FredFlare (Meserole Ave) - wow what a shopping extravaganza!

@ T.B.D. with all my Franklin Street stuff....

We here in Greenpoint know that every weekend is a shopping immersion along the many corridors and new businesses are opening up every day.  This weekend, stop by and see Julia Young of Julia James located at 200 Franklin Street.  By way of marine biology / rescue diver to wholesale sales for Diseal footwear, Julia Young has made her childhood dream come true with her new store in Greenpoint.

Julia, her brother James and her mom open the store today....
